Pinuy-Binuy is an urban renewal process in Israel in which old, dilapidated buildings are demolished and replaced with new ones. Introduced in 1998 by the Ministry of Housing, it improves the quality of life of residents, provides them with modern housing with additional safety and comfort features, and enhances the cityscape with green neighborhoods.

- The investment is channeled through the parent company, Meidar-GanEden Ltd., rather than into a specific project. Thus, the parent company, rather than each individual project, is liable.
- A separate bank account and company are established for each project.
- The accompanying bank in Israel provides 80% of the loan financing and acts as a trustee from that moment on.
- Meidar-GanEden Ltd. has a contractual obligation to the investor. Furthermore, Meidar-GanEden Ltd. not only has stable payout agreements with the construction companies but also owns shares in them.
- Four companies that are partners of Meidar GanEden act as guarantors for the investors and ensure that the company always has sufficient liquidity to fulfill its contracts with our investors on time and in full. Each project is insured against disasters.
- Each project is insured against disasters of any kind (war, terrorism, water, earthquakes, etc.).
- No. Quite the opposite. The Israeli government has decided to continue all construction work throughout Israel despite the lockdown and precautionary measures because Israel expects a large wave of immigration in the coming years.
- All real estate projects are insured against earthquakes, fires, or war damage and will not affect your investment.
- Since you are transferring to one of our accounts in Europe, you do not have to pay any foreign transfer fees, but only 0.5% of the investment amount.
- With your investment, you support the construction of new housing for new immigrants, young families, and students in Israel. Your money will be used as equity for these construction projects and will be repaid after three to five years, depending on the term, as agreed upon in the initial contract.
